It's a thin line between love and hate

This dress dropped my jaw but I still can't work out if I love it or hate it. I think the simplicity of the accessories and hair subdue the OTT factor. After years of way too much black residing in my wardrobe I'm craving colour and I'm searching high and low for a dress just like this. If I cant find one I think I will need to make one as I want to wear it to the beach everyday.
